Day 1: TASHKENT

Flight
International flight to Tashkent.

Day 2: TASHKENT – URGENCH – KHIVA

Flight / Bus
Early morning arrival to Tashkent
Accommodation in hotel. Free time.
Sightseeing in Tashkent (visiting only main highlights) like Hazrat Imam Complex where there is a Holy Koran of Khalif Osman VII century and Museum of Applied Arts.
After the sightseeing, we will have the possibility to visit to Rakhimov’s Ceramic Studio, one of the most famous ceramists dynasties in Uzbekistan. You will be able to see the best samples of different ceramic schools, and learn the process of making ceramics. Also, here you will be treated with some local tea and sweets.
Evening domestic flight from Tashkent to Urgench
Transfer from Urgench to Khiva upon arrival 30 km.
Accommodation in hotel.
Dinner at local restaurant.
Overnight in Khiva.

Day 3: KHIVA

Bus
Morning sightseeing in Khiva (visiting only main highlights). Museum Reserve of Ichan Kala which is included in UNESCO World Heritage List.
During the sightseeing we will see the performance of local rope-walkers.
After the lunch we will have a lesson of traditional Khorezm dance.
We will watch the sunset from Ak-Sheikh Bobo tower
Dinner in traditional Uzbek house.
Overnight in Khiva.

Day 4: KHIVA – BUKHARA

Bus (450km)
Transfer from Khiva to Bukhara.
Late afternoon arrival to Bukhara.
Accommodation in Bukhara.
Dinner at hotel restaurant.
Overnight in Bukhara.

Day 5: BUKHARA

Bus
Morning visit to the memorial House-Museum of Faizulla Khodjaeva dedicated to the life and work of the party and political activist in Uzbekistan. Name of Faizulla Khodjaeva was known to any fighter for democracy in Uzbekistan of 1930s.
Morning sightseeing in Bukhara (visiting only main highlights) like Ark fortress, Samanids Mausoleum, and Ensemble of Poi Kalon.
After the lunch we will visit the Silk Road Teahouse serving spice and herbal tea, saffron and ginger tea, coffee with cardamom, green and black tea as well as local sweets.
Traditional show in local Madrassah.
The dinner will be arranged at local restaurant on Lyabi Haus square with live violins accompaniment. (100$ per group).
Overnight in Bukhara.

Day 6: BUKHARA – SAMARKAND

Bus (290km)
Morning transfer from Bukhara to Samarkand.
On the way to Samarkand, 50 km from Bukhara we will visit the village called Gijduvan where we have a possibility to attend the ceramics making master class of Mr Narzullaev. From ancient times to the present day Gijduvan is famous as a trading town and a crafts center.
Accommodation in hotel upon arrival.
Visit to a famous wine factory after prof. Khovrenko, where we will have a special excursion to a factory museum and wine testing.
Dinner at hotel restaurant.
Overnight in Samarkand.

Day 7: SAMARKAND

Bus
After the breakfast we will visit the famous Gala Osiyo district of Samarkand, where the widely known Samarkand bread is baked.
Morning sightseeing in Samarkand (visiting only main highlights) like Registan Square and Guri Emir Mausoleum.
Today we will visit Uzbekistan school of Olympic reserve, where we will attend the training of local Kurash wrestlers.
Visit to Samarkand brewery Pulsar. Here we will have the possibility to see the process of brewing and some beer degustation.
OPTIONAL
Also, we have the possibility on optional basis to visit Holy Place called Khazrati Daud, the cave located on a mountain top, to which 1303 stairs leads you up.
Besides, we also can visit a show of local wedding ceremony.
Dinner will be hosted by a local family.
Overnight in Samarkand.

Day 8: SAMARKAND – TASHKENT

Bus (290km)
Morning transfer from Samarkand to Tashkent.
Accommodation in hotel upon arrival.
Farewell dinner at a local restaurant
After the dinner we will have a short night excursion in Tashkent, with a visit to a new Tashkent Minor Mosque and Tashkent Underground.
Overnight in Tashkent.

Day 9: TASHKENT

Flight
Transfer to Tashkent International airport for the departure.
